RubDub Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with every melt, mist and magical scent that arrives from RubDub. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

✅ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll replace the item or arrange a refund as quickly as possible.

✅ Change of Mind Returns

Due to the nature of home fragrance products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items in their original packaging. If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

✅ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–7 working days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

✅ Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an unopened item for a different fragrance, we’re happy to help — simply get in touch and we’ll arrange it for you.

✅ Sale & Promotional Items

Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

✅ Problems With Scent Strength?

Every home and burner setup is different — and sometimes a scent behaves differently than expected. If you’re unhappy with the scent experience, please message me and I’ll happily offer advice or look into alternative options.
